The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is currently inviting proposals  or the next commission of the Portobello Road North Wall public art project, the theme for this years piece  is “Aspects of Carnival”. The work will be installed for six months from 1st April 2013.

Proposals must be submitted by email by 12pm Friday 11 January 2013.
